Shinpaku means 'center of the rice', which is the best part for sake brewing. It is made from 100% Yamadanishiki sake rice from Hyogo Prefecture. This sake reveals inviting aromas and flavours of fresh peach, melon and strawberry with gentle notes of rice. Ideal served chilled, paired with sushi and shellfish.
