Vinified in large oak casks for almost a year and disgorged in September this year, the 2019 Riesling Brut -36- opens with a pure yet concentrated aromatic nose that indicates ripe and intense fruit as well as a low sulfur dose. Mouthfilling, intense and elegant on the palate, with hazelnut aromas and a tight structure, this is a still far too young, but it's full-bodied, persistent, complex and saline. This sparkling wine's power and intensity is uplifted, and it has a delicate and refreshing mousse. 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in November this year. Drink date: 2025-2030.
