Made primarily from chardonnay and with five per cent pinot noir, this Pelee Island bubbly from the South Islands subappellation is medium gold, with nutty, chalky and red apple aromas front and centre. There's a hint of sweetness and a splash of acidity on the light-bodied palate, with red apple, lemon candy, broiche and toasted nut flavours making for a fun and stylish package. Silver Medal winner at the 2022 National Wine Awards of Canada.
