Kato Kahachiro Sake Brewery was founded in 1872, surrounded by mountains in the town of Oyama. This Junmai Nigori sake is unfiltered, pouring cloudy with aromas of pear and apple. It's fresh, clean and slightly dry on the palate with notes of fruit and steamed fruit. Chill, shake slightly and enjoy.
