Once plentiful, then dwindled down to nothing in favor of Malbec, Garnacha is starting to see some replantings right now. Fermented 100% whole-cluster, this wine is fresh, fruity, and heady in baking spice and garrigue. Given a few years in bottle, drink now through 2036.
