Casa-Dea Estates Winery has been making wine in Prince Edward County for a quarter century. This wine is made with the Melon de Bourgogne variety, which is best known as a signature of the Loire Valley of France, where it's used to make Muscadet wines. Elegant, lively and wonderfully balanced, it's brimming with notions of peach, pear and honeysuckle. Perfect for shellfish or sushi.
