Bründlmayer's 2023 Riesling Terrassen is super clear and remarkably intense on the bright, elegant, beautifully aromatic and saline nose that is reminiscent of white peach and crushed rock. It is lush, round and savory on the palate, with spicy aromatics, concentrated white peach fruit, sur lie texture and ripe yet tension-giving acidity and mineral tension. This is a remarkably hedonistic Riesling in a lighter, XS style. 13% stated alcohol. Tasted in March 2024. Drink date: 2024-2040. Score - 92. (Stephan Reinhardt, robertparker.com, May 23, 2024)
