Some exotic wild herbs to the chalky, limey fruit on the nose. A hint of wet stones as well. A waterfall of acidity makes the palate salivate with lime zest and chalky, mineral allures. Really bright and zingy. Already delicious now, but should hold for a year or two. [Drink to 2032.]
