Product Details
This grand cru takes its name from the emperor Charlemagne, who awarded the site to the church of Saint-Andoche in 775. Historically, monks played a key role in Burgundy's evolution, recognizing and defining the region's best growing areas. The wines of Corton-Charlemagne are among the richest, finest and most powerful of Burgundy's Chardonnays. Pair this with veal or grilled lobster.
