Made from Sauvignon Blanc, this Sancerre is a blend of wines from vineyards featuring two soil types: "terres blanches" and "caillottes." The terres blanches soils give the wine power and a smooth mouthfeel, while the caillottes soils contribute vibrant fruit and aromatic finesse. The wine evokes green fruit, herbs and marine mineral tones and will impress through 2031 with soft cheeses or seafood.
