This 100% Merlot is sourced from 40-year-old vines in Bordeaux, it is fermented using wild yeasts and bottled unfiltered. Expect notes of strawberries, raspberries and plums on the nose with good fruit flavours and generous acidity on the palate, well balanced with light tannins. Pairs well with roasted chicken or pork.
