Product Details
It would be worth studying the differences between the cabernet sauvignons that originate in the Andean foothills of Maipo Alto, in the Andean Cachapoal, and here in Los Lingues. In the meantime, we at Descorchados believe that the big difference is the fruit. In this part of Colchagua, red fruit predominates over the menthol or eucalyptus of its more famous Maipo relatives. Here, you notice the deliciously generous fruit, herbal notes, tense texture, angular tannins, and vibrant acidity. A cabernet full of a sense of place.
