Product Details
A dry Georgian Saperavi that is quite tannic but with lots of old-world flair and flavour. A bit resinous but not bitter, with an abundance [of] red cherry fruit flavour. Decant or serve with salty protein for the purposes of immediate enjoyment. Quite traditional in style but cleanly made with good length. Tasted September 2022.
