Product Details
Quite a reductive start, needs a bit of air to get going but then there are plenty of layered, complex aromatics - black cherry, plum and bramble, subtle herb, earth forest floor and rye bread. The palate is equally layered and surprisingly elegant given the brooding density, with a tight-knit core of wild cherry, tamarillo and earth, dusty, fine tannins and a long, savoury finish. Drinking window: 2025-2035.
