Gozenshu 1859 Sake is named for the year Omachi rice was first discovered in Okayama. It is brewed using the Badaimoto method with 100% Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture. Raw rice, steamed rice and koji are soaked in water for several days before fermentation, resulting in earthy complexities and a lively mouthfeel
