From Queylus's organically managed estate vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore, this is an expressive, terroir-led Chardonnay. It's fermented using indigenous yeasts and aged for 16-18 months in French oak barrels, of which 20% are new. Look for citrus, peach, pear, apple, and a wonderfully integrated, delicate oak spice. Drink through 2029+.
