"The smashing 2020 Brut S Zéro is one of the sexiest Jura sparkling wines I've ever tasted. As it contains 100% Savagnin, it cannot qualify as Crémant du Jura and is simply labeled Vin de France. The tasty 2020 unwinds with alluring aromas of sea spray, lemon peel, bruised apple and toast. Totally athletic, the Brut S Zéro is anchored by a firm acidic backbone and concludes with a tight finish. Readers should note that there will be no 2021. Dosage is zero. Disgorged: February 2024. Drinking window: 2024-2027. "
