The 2024 Soutard is quite bold and alluring in this vintage. Floral and savory notes open first, followed by a burst of dark red-toned fruit. In 2024, Soutard is not terribly complex, but its balance is impeccable. The long, sensual finish only adds to its considerable appeal. There's more Cabernet Franc in this year's blend, an approach that works well. Tasted two times. Drinking window: 2028-2036.
