A refreshingly tense and mineral expression of catarratto akin to licking a wet stone. The nose blossoms with botanicals of rosebud, elderflower, bergamot, and orange blossom. Dry with a lick of salt, pleasantly bitter grapefruit, and green melon along with an herbal component involving cilantro, lime zest, mint, and lavender. There is no shortage of personality in this sapid sipper of memorable length. Tasted June 2025.
