Product Details
Sourced from vines grown on southeastern-facing slopes along the Pyrenees, this blend of Chardonnay and a splash of Mauzac shows lovely tree fruit, fine minerality, and a subtle toasted character reminiscent of wines grown in southern Côte de Beaune. With flavours of green pear, flint and toasted oak, it will make a fine accompaniment to grilled cod.
