Product Details
This rosé blends Pinot Noir (53%) and Pinot Gris (47%). During vinification, the Pinot Noir had only brief skin contact while the Pinot Gris was given longer, enhancing depth and intensity. The wine then spent eight months on the yeast lees, which imparted additional complexity and texture. It's showing beautifully in the glass, with suggestions of ripe berry fruit and zesty citrus.
