Product Details
Unlike Eolo, which is a varietal wine, Stratus is an assemblage of Malbec, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% each of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, made with equal components from Gualtallary, Los Chacayes and Paraje Altamira. Polished, nuanced, layered and self-assured, this has toast and espresso oak, lots of grip, structure and intensity, layers of cassis, blackberry and incense and a balanced, lingering finish. Drink date: 2027-2035.
