Disgorged in June 2024 with five grams per liter, the 2018 Tryptique evokes aromas of lemon oil, grapefruit, spices, baked bread and chalk. Medium to full-bodied, harmonious and delicate, it's delicately vinous with good depth at the core, pinpoint mousse and a delicate, mouthwatering, saline-inflected finish. This blend of 50% Chardonnay from Avize and 50% Pinot Noir, equally sourced from Ambonnay and Aÿ, offers a gastronomic character, thanks to its refined bitterness, making it a superb choice for pairing with food.
