For thirty years, Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery has been growing grapes in Ontario's Lake Erie North Shore region. Their Riesling is a lively, fresh white wine with an enticing bouquet of peach, pear and stony mineral. The palate is dry and crisp with notes of apple and wet stone at the fore.
