Product Details
Vinified in stainless steel and bottled at the end of April, Fauth's 2022 Riesling trocken opens with a precise and slightly flinty bouquet that makes it a typical Westhofen Riesling sourced from younger parcels in the Morstein and in the Steingrube. Elegant and refined on the palate, this is a straight, persistently saline, pure and juicy dry Riesling with charming fruit and roundness on the finish. It's a medium-bodied wine with delicate acidity. To be served for lunch as well as for lighter dinners. It is excellent, especially at this price point. 12.5% stated alcohol. Tasted at the domaine in July 2023. Drink date: 2023-2028.
