This sparkling wine is made from a blend of Glera and Riesling grapes, rarely grown in Ontario Glera is also known as Italy's Prosecco grape. Pleasant aromas of citrus fruit with white grapefruit, lemon and mandarin flavours. Enjoy this bubbly any time, pairs well with seafood and soft cheese or sip on its own.
