Dark, dense garnet colour. This red is made with 100% Syrah grapes and is aged eight months in French oak barrels, resulting in bold aromas of ripe black fruit, plum, and fig with notes of oak. Dark, rich fruit flavours with a velvety mouthfeel. Pairs well with roasted red meat and mature cheeses.
