The 2015 Champagne Grand Blanc Extra Brut is mainly from Vertus, but also Trapail and Verzenay, with some downgraded fruit from Clos des Goisses. The wine pours a bright yellow hue and offers lifted aromas of lemon sorbet, orange blossoms, and star fruit. Medium-bodied with a lively mousse, it takes on a silky mineral texture with fresh fruit, and though it may not be the longest on the palate, it offers a lot of classic charm and retains good freshness for the vintage. This is the last edition that will be bottled in clear glass. Drink 2024-2034. Disgorged January 2023. 4.5 grams per liter dosage.
