This dry rosé combines equal parts of Agiorgitiko, Mavroudi and Limniona. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured on lees for six months. Expect fresh aromas of pink grapefruit, cherry and raspberry with lively acidity, good fruit flavours and a dry, elegant finish. Enjoy it with salads and sushi.
