Product Details
Though Picpoul de Pinet was granted AP status only recently, Picpoul has been grown in the region since as early as the 14th century. It was originally used for making vermouth, until winemakers discovered that its zippy, electrifying character made it an excellent accompaniment to seafood dishes like grilled shrimp or clam chowder.
