This County Pinot Noir is produced from hand-selected grapes and spontaneously fermented; the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The bouquet shows aromas of cherry fruit with light notes of tart berries, fresh forest and spiced oak. Light-bodied with tart berries on the palate and grippy tannins.
