Made by Fernando Almeda but blended by his successor Eduardo Jordán, the Torres Carignan uses grapes from Huerta de Maule, close to Melozal. Sappy, stony and granitic, with toasty 7% new oak, a hint of reduction and dark plum and cranberry fruit flavours. Drink date: 2023-2027.
