Product Details
This Assyrtiko was fermented mostly in stainless steel but 20% was fermented in new oak, adding additional richness, complexity and depth to the final wine. It's aromatic and intense, with pineapple, peach, grapefruit, dried herbs, and a sharply defined mineral character. A wine for all things fish.
