Falanghina is an ancient grape thought to have been responsible for creating the most sought-after wine of the Roman Empire: the legendary Falernian. This present-day Falanghina shows lime, peach, banana and other tropical notes, plus garden herbs and mineral. Try it with seafood or grilled-tofu bites.
