From a vineyard planted in 1982. Fermented in a mix of concrete and seasoned oak, matured in concrete for six months. A pale, bright green gold. Very restrained with its delicate bouquet of green apple, nashi pear and pink grapefruit. Chalky textured, finely detailed and with balanced and perfectly integrated acidity, you'd struggle to guess that this has 15g/L of RS. A beautifully put-together wine that should age effortlessly.
