Product Details
Fruit for this wine is harvested by hand from a single vineyard atop a windswept hill in Volnay. The grapes are then carefully sorted by hand and destemmed before fermentation, after which the wine rests for 18 months in barrels from the winery's own cooperage. Expect a taut, earthy wine brimming with brambly berry notes and spice. It will impress through 2030.
