This 100% Agiorgitiko is sourced from a rocky vineyard composed of limestone and clay located at 300-420 metres' elevation on the southern slopes of Mount Pangeon. The vines are cooled by altitude and by breezes from the Aegean Sea. This focused, charming wine shows black fruit, cherry, vanilla, oak, spice and mineral. Perfect for grilled ribs.
