Kew joins the ranks for another Ontario varietal sparkling wine and is quite equipped with the fruit and acumen to do so. In that respect it's a true to varietal bubble with a combination of flinty reductive energy and gaseous petrol-tonic. The lime quotient comes from every part of the fruit and the elemental high hovers above the Beamsville vineyards. Quite an effect is created and this has me thinking food, prepping my mouth to look for seafood, fresh oysters and side pickles. Drink 2019-2022.
