Product Details
The fruit for this unique wine comes from vines over 15 years of age. The Malcorta clone is notoriously challenging to harvest, hence the name Mal-corta (difficult to cut). It had nearly become extinct, but Javier Sanz was drawn to the intense floral tones and exceptionally high acidity it provides and so worked to save it. This tangy wine shows bold citrus with topical and stone fruit.
