The 'G' stands for the German word 'ganz' (whole) and is a reference to 'ganzes stück': the tradition of using handpicked, whole-bunch (stem included) grapes for fermentation. Quite complex, this wine offers lifted rose notes on the nose, with raspberry, cherry, cranberry, earth, herbs and spice on the palate. It has the potential to develop through 2036.
