The Bocard family have been crafting fine Chablis wines since 1973. This one comes from 30-year-old vines and was aged on the lees in stainless steel for nine months. It's energetic and lifted, with citrus, apple, mineral, and a hint of almond. A fine wine for grilled chicken or seafood, it will drink through 2029+.
