The 2021 Carignan Vigno originates from Empedrado in the Maule Region. Sourced from a cold area in a chilly year, it was aged for two winters in new French oak barrels. Garnet in hue, it presents nuanced, subtle aromas of pomegranate, cherry and herbs, complemented by notes of cotton candy, white pepper, earth and oak. Dry, lean and silky, with a compact and refreshing mouthfeel, this Carignan delivers a wild yet balanced palate.
