Fonjoya is the collaborative project of two wineries, one in Saint-Félix-de-Lodez and one in Saint-Saturnin-de-Lucian. It began in 2 018, about 100 years after the neighbours each began making wines in the region. The two synergize quite well in this lovely red that shows flavours of sweet blackberry and vanilla, with a hint of bitter herbs.
