Very classical and beautifully crafted, with a filigree framework of nutmeg, cardamom and salty liquorice powder. Lovely intensity at the rim, with a lining of tobacco, olive leaves and rosemary, Assam tea and pear peel around the fleshy black-fruit core. Beautiful long finish with a floral seam. Drinking window: 2025-2035.
