A really interesting, fluid wine, with mineral wet-stone freshness underpinning the black fruit. The tannins are drenched in Vichy Catalan (mineral water), clementine and orange peel. So fresh and lifted, with great poise and unapologetic modernity. Approachable, fresh and simply delicious, without undermining interest and complexity. Drinking window: 2025-2034.
