This traditional method, 100% chardonnay sparkling fills the glass with a thick froth and lots of lively bubbles. The extended aging on the lees is clearly expressed on the nose with brioche and hazelnut notes along with peach and Meyer lemon zest. A beautiful soft, ample, meringue-like mousse fills the palate with delicious flavours of orchard fruit - peach, yellow and green apple - and beautiful pink grapefruit acidity taking you on a long zesty, mineral, refreshing finish.
