The Cossy family have been growing grapes in Champagne since 1764 and bottling their own wines since the 1950s. Current owner Sophie Cossy is one of Champagne's youngest and brightest stars. She has run the family operation since December 2017, taking over when she was 25. This lively, crisp wine has lifted floral tones, with nicely outlined fruit accented by oak spice. Sophisticated and elegant with a dynamic, layered structure, it has the potential to drink into the early 2030s.
