This wine is from Santorini's oldest winery, now under the care of the fourth generation of the family to operate the estate. Sourced from 200-year-old vines, this Assyrtiko was fermented and aged on the lees in cement vats for 14 months. A rich, refined wine of absolute authenticity. Has the potential to see 2040+.
