The Merlot grapes are grown on the slopes of the Dalij Mountain, fermented in stainless steel and aged for a minimum of 24 months in wood barrels. Complex aromas reveal expressive ripe blackberries, prunes, and vanilla notes, with rich flavours and mild tannins on the palate. Pair it with roasted red meats and pasta dishes.
