The 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape Saintes Pierres De Nalys is 70% Grenache (20% whole bunch) with the balance primarily Syrah that was brought up mostly in larger foudre. Its medium ruby hue is followed by a beautiful perfume of ripe strawberry and raspberry fruit as well as lots of spicy, floral, and Provençal aromas and flavors. With medium to full body, ripe tannins, beautiful overall balance, and outstanding length, it's going to evolve gracefully for at least 10-15 years. It's as good as the Grand Vin yet has a more elegant, pretty style. Maturity: 2023-2038.
